How it works

Hourly reminders. One-tap logging. No account.

The tool schedules an hourly round inside your chosen workday window. You have a 10-minute window to tap Done. That's it.

1. You set a start and end hour

Pick when your workday begins and ends. Most people use 9:00 and 17:00. Interval defaults to 60 minutes.

2. A round opens on the hour

On the hour, a round opens. You have a 10-minute done window. Do 10 squats and tap Done.

If you don't tap Done within 10 minutes, the round is marked missed. Missed is factual, not a judgement — steady beats perfect, and the next round is fresh.

3. Your streak and weekly rate update

The tool keeps a simple 7-day grid and a current streak. No ranking, no badges, no social pressure.

Where the data lives

Everything is stored in this browser, on this device. No account, no cloud sync. If you clear browser storage, progress resets. This is an intentional trade for zero friction.

About reminders

Browsers can fire a reminder while the tab or installed PWA is open. They are not reliable when the browser is closed. For hourly reminders that fire even when your phone's browser is closed, use the mobile app.

FAQ

Why only 10 squats?

Small doses are easier to repeat. 10 squats takes under a minute and doesn't break your focus. Consistency beats intensity.

Why a 10-minute window?

It forces honesty. A round is either done in its window or it isn't. This keeps the habit visible and truthful.

Do I need to make an account?

No. The tool never asks for one.

Is this safe for older adults?

Air squats are widely accessible, but talk to your doctor before starting any new movement routine. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Will it work on my phone?

The tool works in any modern mobile browser. Reminders while the tab is closed are unreliable on all browsers — the mobile app is better for that.
